The ashram is located in Tinpaini, making it easily accessible. It is about 500 meters east and north of Tapariya Eye Hospital and near the Hanuman Temple area.

From Hanuman Mandir, one can walk approximately 250 meters upward to reach the ashram. Though it is close to the city, the environment inside feels completely different.

Osho Ashram Biratnagar follows a complete daily meditation schedule that helps seekers experience both active and silent meditation techniques. The day begins early in the morning with Dynamic Meditation from 6:00 AM to 7:00 AM.

This powerful technique involves breathing, movement, expression, silence, and celebration. It helps release suppressed emotions, reduce stress, and prepare the mind for awareness throughout the day.

After the morning meditation, from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM, there is Work Meditation in the garden. This is a very special and beautiful practice at the ashram.

In the afternoon from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, different meditation techniques such as Nadabrahma, Vipassana, or Chakra Meditation are conducted.

Nadabrahma uses humming and hand movements to bring balance and harmony.

Vipassana helps develop deep awareness of breathing and sensations. Chakra Meditation works on balancing the body’s energy centers. These meditations help participants go deeper into silence and self-observation.
