The National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) marked International Women’s Day with a powerful and inspiring “Ring the Bell” ceremony, bringing together prominent voices to champion women’s leadership and workplace inclusion. Centered around the theme “Connect, Care & Celebrate,” the event created a platform for meaningful dialogue on leadership, strategic networking, and women’s health in professional environments.
The morning session featured engaging discussions that tackled often-overlooked issues, particularly the importance of open conversations about women’s health at work. The event also emphasized the growing need for strategic networking as a vital tool for women leaders to navigate and excel in today’s dynamic corporate landscape.

A highlight of the event was an inspiring fireside chat featuring Koel Ghosh and Roopa Kudva, offering valuable insights into leadership journeys and the evolving role of women in finance and business.
The panel discussion titled “Why Women Need Strategic Networking More Than Ever” brought together distinguished speakers including Surekha Shenoy Kunder, Prajakta Talvelkar, and Sonia Dasgupta. The session highlighted the importance of building strong professional networks to unlock opportunities and drive meaningful change.
