It is the conscious space where the inner noise of thoughts, worries, and emotions slows down, revealing the calm, clarity, and aliveness that has always existed within.

The essence of meditation lies in presence. It is the act of witnessing the moment as it is, rather than clinging to the past or rushing toward the future.
