Current status of Balika School, Biratnagar
A major milestone in its history came on 11th Magh 2020 B.S., when a newly constructed school building was officially inaugurated by the late monarch King Mahendra Bir Bikram Shahdev.
Nestled in the heart of Gaheli, Biratnagar, Morang, this historic school stands as a symbol of dedication, growth, and community-driven education in eastern Nepal. Established in 2007 B.S., during a time when access to formal education was still developing in many parts of the country, the school began its journey with a simple yet powerful vision: to educate and empower the local community.
Over the decades, the institution has evolved significantly, both in infrastructure and in the quality of education it provides. In addition, a well-equipped science laboratory was inaugurated on 15th Baishak 2054 B.S. (27 April 1997) by His Excellency K. V. Rajan, the then Ambassador of India to Nepal. This development marked a significant leap forward in promoting practical and scientific education among students.
